This doll has been in my collection for the last 3 years!
No cuts or scuffs on the vinyl
No tears on the cloth body
On her inner right leg, she has 1 very small black speck embedded in the vinyl. This happened in the manufacturing process of the doll. 
On her left hang (ring finger), she has a very small ref blemish.
Her hair is in amazing, really good condition. Not tangled. No hair product added.
Her cloth body is very nice, other than the stain on the back (please see photos)
Stuffing in the body is still nice, and fluffy...not flattened. 
She is not missing any paint on her face. Her eye painting and lip painting are perfect.
Sound box does not work.

Personally, she is in like-new condition - other than the stain on her cloth body.
